What actually changes the price?
Two things: trainers and locations. Free covers one location, one trainer and up to 20 members. Unlimited is €9.99 a month with no limit on trainers or members, and each extra location adds €6.99. Analytics, the landing page, programs, community and support are the same on every plan.
Do members pay anything?
No. Members use strongot free, at every gym they join. They pay their gym for memberships and credits, at the gym, the way they always have.
Does strongot take payments for my gym?
No. Members pay you at the desk, by cash, card or bank transfer. You record the sale in strongot and it adds the credits or starts the membership. We never touch the money.
Do trainers pay?
No. Trainers join free, through their gym's invite or with a coaching account of their own. What a gym owes each trainer is worked out in strongot and paid by the gym directly.
How does support work?
By email, and every gym gets the same support whatever its plan. strongot is run by a small team, so we don't promise response times, but we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down at any time, and your data stays exactly as it is. Most gyms move from Free to Unlimited when they add a second trainer or member number 21.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It stays yours. Ask and we'll send you an export, then delete what's left on request.
