Gyms run on spreadsheetsand goodwill. Theyshouldn’t have to.
Most gyms run on a patchwork. A booking app that doesn't know who has paid. A spreadsheet of memberships that doesn't know who turned up. A training app the owner never sees. Closing the gaps between them is where the owner's evenings go.
strongot puts it in one place. When a member books a class, the same system knows their membership or class pack, the coach running the class and the workout they log afterwards.
It's one product with a side for each person. The owner runs the gym, trainers run their sessions and clients, and members book and train. All of them work from the same information.
What wehold to.
Your gym's data stays your gym's
Members, classes, bookings and the sales you record belong to your gym and nobody else. Another gym on strongot can't see them, and a trainer who works at two gyms keeps the two apart.
People see what their role needs
A trainer sees the clients and sessions they coach. A member sees their own bookings and progress. What someone can open follows the work they actually do at your gym.
No AI needed
Bookings, class packs, training programs and nutrition logs all work without AI. If we add AI later, it will be shortcuts on top, like suggesting a workout, never something your gym depends on.
Class credits that add up
Credits are how class packs work. A member buys a pack at your front desk, say ten classes, and each booking uses some of it. Every credit added or spent is written down with the balance after it, so when someone asks where their classes went, you can show them.
Run yourgym on it.
